Characteristics 

1.Ligter  

The third generation orthopedic casting tape and splint adopt imported and lightweight polyester cotton with mesh weaving structure and the weight reduce by 30% --- 40% .So the patients feel relaxed and comfortable.

2.Easier plasticity

The imported and lightweight polyester cotton has good ductility of the imports of lightweight polyester cotton materials and is able to fit closely in the joints and other irregular parts, and have no folds to avoid loss of reduction during shaping process or the second time 2 dislocation after reset

3.Better air permeability

The basic material of bandage and splint with a porous and mesh weaving structure make product more breathable, and let the skin breathe freely, and effectively prevent the skin itching, odor and infection. Meanwhile, the structure of the 3rd generation product is stable after curing. Even if immersion in water is no problem so the patient can shower.

4.Better X-ray radiolucency

Conventional radiography image is very clear. When take the photograph, the tube voltage (kv) was significantly lower than traditional plastic bandage. the time taken is shorter to greatly reduce the X-ray radiation to body.

Polyester cotton is the synthetic materials without stimulation and waste can be completely burned to avoid environmental pollution.

Operation  1. Put on the padded covering in the affected body part, and twine with the cotton paper.2. Wear surgical gloves.3. Before opening the package, choose the roll of proper size.4. Immerse the roll in room temperature water for 2-3 seconds and squeeze it 2-3 times. 5. Wrap spirally, overlapping the previous layer by one-half or two-thirds the width of the roll. Just 3-4 layers provide a strong non-weight-bearing cast and 5-6 layers are typically adequate for weight-bearing cast.6. KangdaCast is sufficiently cured to pervert further molding in 3-5 minutes after immersion in the water. Allow about 10 minutes for sufficient cure and let patients do not move during this time.7. KangdaCast may be windowed, trimmed or removed with traditional cast saw  equipment.

Precaution  Please apply the surgical rubber gloves when you operate the product.When the resin is stuck to operator, please wipe it out with cotton swab with acetone.
